COUNTY COUNCIL PORRIDGE.
To the Editor. Sir,—T had the luck to get to Levin yesterday. Lucky I was'at drowned on the way in County Council porridge; more' commonly known as mud. You will see from my embossed letter paper that T am a cow coaxer at Kereru, and I would to goodness I could coax some gravel for our roads out of our engineer. Just show him this letter, "MiEditor, from yours, etc., MUDDY ALL OVER.
