SALES OF DAIRY STOCK. Messrs Abraham a n<l Williams, Ltd., report:--At the clearing sales of dairy stock held during the, week good prices have been realised. At Mr T. Leon's sale at Roijgotea on Tuesday, August ami September ca lvors sold up to £12 ss; the whole, herd of 03 cows averaging £8 11s per head. A line of 2-yoar heifers to calve September and October made Go 9s fid. At Mr Riddler's sale nt Halco.mhe. on Monday prices ranged from £3 to C 8 n.s, the herd of 21 cows averaging £(i 2s 0d per head. "We also sold on account of Mr A. C. Poarce 40 cows at £4 10s, and 2."5 steers at £4 10s. Several other lines of rows on account of jther vendors sold well.
