THE AXVIMI, MHUTIXG. The annual meeting of t-lio Ohau Institute was hold last evening, Mr J. McLeavoy occupying tlio chair. The oh airman congratulated fclie meeting upon tlio very successful yaar just closed. The library finuls were in credit to the extent of £2 10s, and finances generally were in a heal'hv eondittion. On the motion of Mr Collinson it was resolved to reduce the number of the management committee from seven to five memibers.
