Allocation of a match on July 27 was held over for it'lle terms for a mi!,tch at Palmerston or AVanganni to be ascertained. The. team will arrive at Wellington on July 13. The Wellington Rugby Union forwarded particulars concerning the case of J. Marshall, a member of the Melrose Club, who had been suspended for four Saturdays for assaulting an opponent. The committee considered the Wellington Union's sentence an extraordinary one, and unan-imouslv resolved tflnat Marshall he disf|ualigfied for two years.
