The charge -wilful milrder of the late Sergt. Mnguiro, p'vi'enw! ■against Pawolka. was continued in the S..W. Court this morning. The evidence ol the first Wo witnesses, Constables King and McLeod, referred particularly to chasing IViwylka among the P.ahialua hills.
.Mr Donald Dinnie, linger-print expert, swore to the linger prints on the buttle found at Slaterty's. The right finger impression was much clearer than the others. Ho photographed and enlarged a right finder print, which he found identical with the right finger imprint. In connection with the High School fire the prints on the bottle were identical with those of the right finger impression in the High School case.
There were also identical characteristics in the impressions on the from Perry's Longburn store.
