THE DAMAGED COBAR.
The Wellington Harbour_ Ferries, Ltd's., steamer Collar remained yesterday in the same position off the foreshore at Thorn-don, where _she was beached on the previous night after collision with the ferry steamer Duchess. The Cobar is half full of water, but will probably be in commission Again next week.
