WELLINGTON, This Day. A Wellington -telegram received this afternoon states that Hhe Chief Justice to-day nincto an order removing the appeal case of Bowran Bros. v. Bishop and another, into the Court of Appeal. This is the case in which ..the Commissioner of Taxes is incidentally concerned hy reason of assertions made by a witness in the case.
