TO JJJS HELD NEXT WEEK. Preparations for the Ant-limn Mower Show of the Levin Horticult n I'm I Society are Jiearimg completion, and there i.s every prospect of a successful event ensuing. Hopes are entertained that the exceptionally liigli standard previously reached in the apple section of the exhibits will he equalled this year, if not exceeded, and it may he hoped reasonably that the mild and bene(irant weather of the. last month or two will enable llower growers to nwlvj excellent displays. Special interest attaches to the apple.classes, this year, on account of a special prize having been given by Mr Mayo, of I'almerston, for nward to the exhibitor who scores most points in that section. Any information about the coining show, entries, etc., may be obtained from the secretary, Mr Fry.
