A youth named AN lilinm Joseph Olsen appeared at the Supreme Court to-day for sentence on a charge of stealing a diamond ring, the property of a person to whom he had been licensed out. Mr Justice Cooper, in ordering that oiseii be sent buck to neraroa .Industrial School and come up for sen-tenr-e when called upon, pointed out that the evidence went to show the incorrectness of his statements that Ik* had not been properly treated or properly educated at that institution.
