A RUGBY PROBLEM. [PKH PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, March 20. At the annual meeting of the Otago Rugby Football Union, Mr F. H. Campbell, who was re-elect-ed president, made some remarks on the question of professionalism.
