The Duke or Edinburgh. —We (Evening Post) understand that his Excellency the Governor has been officially informed that an alteration iii the time of departure of the Duke of Edinburgh from'Sydney has been.made, and instead of ieavjng>that city oh the 17th March, as was! intended, His Royal Highness remainauntil the 3rd April, arriving at Auckland on or abbufc thei 9th. In consequence of the change, his Excellency Sir George Bowen will not leave Wellington on Monday next (9th March), but remain foreight or ten days.
