I DONALD M*LEAN, Superintendent , of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do Hereby Proclaim that a Sale of Crown Lands will takerpla.ee at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY,' March J 2,1868, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned; and which have been duly cerdfiedby the Commissioner of Crown Lands, on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for agricultural putposes, will be put up to’ public auction at the upset, price ance -with the Land .Regulations of the 4th March, 1863, and the additional regulations for the amendment and - extension of the said regulations recommended by the Su j perintendent and the ■ Council for the Proviece of Wellington (session 2) to the Governor . • ' '<' '' ’ _’l _j.
