This will reduce the Postal Tax bjr one-half. And, further, he would intimate to his Eriends and'Subscribers that in all rates where pre-payment of'the Subscription is mide, the Postal Tax will be borne by the Proprietor, and not charged, ‘ As, However, the purchase of stamps involves a large outlhy of ready cash, the above cannot apply to other (Ran prepaid subscriptions, - All such will' observe that the postage of Is Id per quarter will be added to the amount of their accounts when rendered. Subscribersiwill oblige by remitting promptly, and all subscriptions received during the present Month..will be considered as in advance, and promptly acknowledged.
