Stanley Baldwin becomes Prime Minister in the new Cabinet, which was announced to-day. The Rt. Hon. J. Ramsay MacDonald, whom he succeeds, is appointed Lord President of the Council. The United Kingdom now possesses the largest Cabinet of recent years. Other junior appointments will be announced after the Whitsuntide recess. The appointment of Ministers without portfolio is a new departure since 1921. Mr. Anthony Eden will continue to represent Britain,on the League of Mations. j BALDWIN, the Kt. Hon.
