NAPIER VILLAGE SETTLEMENT

COTTAGE PLANS APPROVED. TENDERS TO BE CALLED. Advice has been received by the ehairman of the Napier Village Settlement Committee, Mr. T. M. Geddis, that the plans for the cottages on the settlement have been approved by the Small Farm Board and that tenders for the erection of the 38 cottages will be called at an early date. Several types of cottage have been designed and successful applicants are to be given the opportunity of selecting their future home.
