MUSICAL EVENINGS
Mrs de Lisle was the hostess at two little farewell parties recently. Miss Gray, of the Mahora School staff, who leaves shortly for Wellington, was tho guest of honour at a bright little musical evening last week. Mrs de Lisle wore a charming frock of grey marocain, and Miss Gray was in a pretty shade of bois-de-rose. Games were taken part Zi, and a delicious supper served later in the dinning-room. Some of those pre sent were Mr, Mrs and Miss Stella Chaplin, Mr, Mrs Giorgi and their daughter Norma. Miss Flo Pratt was also entertained by Mrs de Lisle, music and songs being greatly enjoyed during the evening. The dinning-room was arranged with sweet peas and carnation. and here supper was served. Mrs de Lisle wore amethyst crepe-de-chine, and Miss Flo Pratt looked charming in amber satin, with shoes and all the little etceteras daintily toning. Mrs Pratt, and Mr G. Pratt, Mrs McNeil. Mrs Burton. Mrs Jenkinson, and Mr Spinney were among those present.
