London, Dec. 1 The Paris correspondent of the “Westminster Gazette”, says that a vendetta which has already cost 200 Ilves, Is raging between the Emir of Fouaz,an Arab sheik and his gradfather ,the Emir of Nouri. The vendetta has arsen over Fouaz's white wife, whom h 8 has proclaimed Queen of the Desert.” Nouri resents the marriage as an Infringement of tribal custom.
