SOVIET ADMISSIONS. MADAME NORBERG IMPLICATED (Received 8 12.50 p.m.) ! Stockholm, Dec 7. Tbs’ Soviet Legation admitted espionage relations with Lieutenant Norberg, and also implicated Madame Norberg as a go-betweeni Norberg is described as weak and extravagant and in urgent need of money. Hitherto lhe only reward for service to the Soviet has been £6O. A Swedish lieutenant engaged on coast defence was arrested in Stockhohn on a charge of betraying secrets to the Soviet military aftaclie, Pauloras.
