(Before Mr. A. M. Mowlem, S.M.) TO-DAY’S CASES. lan F. Baird, charged with riding a motor cycle on the Parade without being the holder of a driver’s license, was fined 10/- and 10/- costs. Arising out of the same case Laris J. Ewing was fined £2 and 10/- costs for permitting a motor cycle to be used on the Marine Parade without having a silencer attached.
