HASTINGS CITIZENS’ BAND

SUNDAY EVENING CONCERT. The above combination will render another of their popular recitals in Queen's Square, Hastings, on Sunday evening at 8.15. The band is still maintaining its progress of efficiency, and this concert, and those to be played in the future, should be eagerly anticipated. The programme on this occasion will contain a selection from “The Arcadians," which is knokn to all lovers of light opera, and is bound to please. The overture will be "La Diadem,” and a hymn -"Pax Dei” (arranged by Bandsman Ross), both good items. Other numbers will be "Eventide” (an air varie); waltz, "Destiny”; fox trot “Ukulele Dream Girl”; and two marches "Colonel Bogey” and “Honorious.lt is expected that weather permitting, a very large crowd will be present.
