A refresher course for the Education Department’s pnysical instructors was opened at the Training College at Dunedin to-day by the Director of Education. Mr E, B. String. Fourteen instructors from all parts of New Zealand are attending. The course, which is being cinducted by Mr H. E. Longworth, the department’s director of physical training, will extend until Wednesday. A preliminary address was given by Dr. J.
