BOXING.

CASEY AND BROADFOOT DRAW. AUCKLANDER DOWN TWICE. Invercargill, Nov. 28. There was a small attendance at the Municipal Theatre to-night, when Harry Casey (Australia), holder, met Jim Broadfoot (Auckland for the professional middle-weight title. Three fine preliminaries put the crowd in a good humour for the big event. Casey had the better of the opening rounds and had Broadfoot down for seven and eight in the second session. Broadfoot came back strongly over the middle stages and was going great guns at the finish. The verdict of a draw was well received. In the second preliminary Jaggers (Christchurch) beat McEwan (Invercargill).
