N.Z. CRICKET COUNCIL
JUNIOR HAWKE CUP. (Pei Pres- Association). Christchurch, Nov. 29. Several proposals which had bearing on the Hawke Cup competition for decision among minor associations of New Zealand were before the meeting of the management committee ot the New Zealand Cricket Council last night. The proposals were held over pending the receipt of opinions from associations regarding the resolution forwarded by a sub-committee from the conference of minor associations that there be a second competition open to the lower divisions of the minor associations, which would be classified for that purpose according to their playing strength.
