LONDON SALES CONTINUE. PRICES VERY FIRM. (Received 26. 1.5 p.m.) London, Nov. 25. At the wool sales, 11.139 bales were offered, of which 8,568 were Australian and 2,571 New Zealand. There was an excellent selection of merinos, principally suitable for the Continent. The offering of crossbreds was chiefly slipes and sc-our-eds. Strong demand was felt for all sorts and there were very few withdrawals. Prices were very firm. New Zealand prices: Kiko, top, 4'3d, average 41fd; TYP. top 41d. average 38d.—(A. and N.Z.)
