SWIMMING.

MAHORA CLUB. The usual weekly committee meeting of the Maliora Swimming and Life Saving Club was held in the schoolroom last evening. The chairman, Mr. W. Horne, stated that he had been complimented on the opening carnival. Two donations were received towards the club’s funds. After some discussion re the diving section, it was decided, on account of the increased entries, to form A and B grade. For the convenience of members a notice board will be fixed up -at the baths, on which will be shown each following week's programme.
