TEA SALES. Calcutta, Nov. 17. At the tea sales yesterday, the demand was less keen, except for good liquoring sorts, which maintained previous week’s values. Poor and medium descriptions declined three pies, while dusts advanced one to two annas. ’The average prices were :—Common pekoe souchong, 13 annas 6 pies to 13.9; clean common broken pekoe souchong 14.6 to 14.9, even black leaf pekoe 14.6 to 15.0— (A. and N.Z.)
