NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD

REDEMPTION LOANS AUTHORISED.

Orders-in-Council, under the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926. published in the Gazette, consent to the raising of four loans by the Napier Harbour Board as follow:— A reclamation redemption loan of £23,2011 for the redemption of the outstanding portion of a loan of £3O 000 raised in 1913. The loan is authorised on terms requiring repayment of principal by equal aggregate half-yearly instalments of interest and principal over a period of 36 years.

A loan of £155,800 to redeem the outstanding portion of a 1918 loan of £166 000.

A loan of £47,200 to redeem the outstanding portion of a 1918 loan of £5O 000.

A loan of £47,200 to redeem the outstanding part of a 1917 loan of £5O • 000.

A loan of £108,500 to redeem the outstanding part of a 1922 loan of £200,000.
