INVERCARGILL SESSIONS.

Invercargill, Nov. 15. The Supreme Court opened before Mr. Justice Sim, at whose direction No Bills were returned in the cases of Albert Sharp and Michael Daniel Hughes, breaking and entering. A true bill was returned against Ernest Mabin Gilmour, charged with the thelt of £l6OO. the property of the late Emily Clark and with forging a receipt for £350. * “This is a case where a clever and unscrupulous young business man is charged with robbing an ignorant and illiterate old woman,” said the Crown Prosecutor. Accused pleaded not guilty. The case is proceeding.
