ALEXANDRA.
(by electric tetegraph.) (prom our correspondent.) 28th September. The King's sister has been on a visit n ear here for the last few days. Te Ringa, Manuhiri's daughter, is on her way to visit Paora Tuhaere at Orakei. Tuwhenua and another Ngatihiwa native have been ordered to leave Tokangamutu as suspicious characters, a bottle of poison having been taken from them. The Kingites believe that they had some design upon the European who has undertaken to distil grog arid manufacture powder for the King. The natives say that the Govenment have offered £I,OOO for that pakeha ; hence the arrival of those suspicious natives at Tokangamutu. A very successful concert was held in aid of the local Philharmonic Society on Thursday night.
