Timfollowing advantages sire .secured by special provisions in the above* mentioned Acts ; 1. Up to a certain amount, Assur auce Policies bona fide effected by the Assured upon his own life, ami Endowment Policies, and Annuities purchased for the benefit of Wife or Children, are exempted from the operation oi Bankruptcy Acts, unci from seizure under legal process. 2. Up to a certain amo-mt, Married Women may ciibct Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will, as i + single; and such Policies are free from the debts and control of their husband*. 3. Insurances may be effected for the beneiifc of Wife' and Children, with power to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be tree from the claim of creditois, to the extent of £2,000. All persons wishing to obtain Life: I nsurances, Enclo wnu-nts, Anna immediate or deferred, or other advantages under the Acts, will receive ever}' information and the necessary forms on application at any of the above named cilices.
