TO* A TENT for certain I niprovenients *■ in the Ooristruction aii'.l Manufacture of Revolving Berdan Basins, or Pans, used for (lie pulverisation, reduction, fiud amalgamation of Gold, Silver, or other ore*, minerals, and any other gnbsiances, and in ilio apparatus emT his is to notify that Edward Mast Corbett, of Grahamstow n, Thames Gold Fields, in the Province of Auckland, New /'•-aland, Engineer, did, on (ha Mxtcenth day of July las', deposit at the office of the Patent Officer, in ihe Colonial Secretary's Office, in Wellington, a specification or instrument in writing under his hand and seal, parti cnlarly describing and ascertaining the nature ol the said invention, and i\i what manner the same is to he performed ; and that by reason of such deposit the said invention is protected and secured to lain exclusively for the term of six, calendar months thence next ensuing. And I do further notify that the said Edward Man Corbett has given notice in writing at my oliice of Ids intcui ion to proceed with his application for Letters Patent for the said i mention, and I have appointed FRIDAY, the fifteenth in the forenoon, at my office, to hear and consider the paid application and all objections thcieto; and I do hereby require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant oi such Letter.-.
