Alice, sohooner, from Dunedin Napier, s.s., from Poverty Bay JEero, schooner, from Wairoa Greenwich, cutter, from Waikari Three Brothers, schooner, (repairing) Tina, steam launch Lily, steam launch PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Hero, schooner, for Wairoa, early The sohooner Alice, Or. Scoones, master, arl rived in port this morning, bringing a general cargo. She left Dunedin on the 2nd ihstant, and had. variable winds to Cape Turnagain, which was passed on the 11th. On that day fell in with a heavy gale from W., veering to N.W., with a heavy sea, in consequence o f which the vessel was driven IQO miles off the land. Afterwards had variable weather until arrival here as above. The Atice is a Schooner of some 21 tons register, and is, we have reason to believe, intended for the Waiyoa trade. The s.s. Rangatira, which left Wellington for this port at midnight on Monday, had to put back owing to stress of weather, arriving at Wellington at \ p.m. yesterday. Up to the time we went to press, no intimation of her paving resumed her voyage had been ptated up at the Port Telegraph office.
