FROM GREFILLE'S TELEGRAM COMPANY Renter's Agents. PICTOK Great Fire.—Estimated Damage, J 82.300, Wednesday, May 29. Clarke's hotel in this town was totally destroyed this morning by fire, the origin of which is believed to have been purely accidental. The fire was first discovered at about 1 a.m. The destruction is complete, everything being consumed by the devouring element. The damage is estimated at something like £2,300 :. of this amount, £660. is covered by insurance in the "Victoria Fire and Marine Insurance Company.
