THE PRINCE OF WALES' ILLNESS.
The Very Latest Intelligence. We (New Zealand Herald) are indebted to Mr Erringer, a passenger by the Nebraska, for the following important telegram received in San Francisco on the ewe of the steamer's departure: — London, via New York, Dec. 12.
It appears from the London Times that the Prince contracted his illness at Lord Londesborough's house, near Scarborough, Yorkshire. Several guests who visited the house at the time were attacked with fever, amongst them the Earl of Chesterfield, who uas since died. Sandringham, Dec. 12, 8 a.m.
The Prince passed a restless night, and slept but little. The signs are less encouraging.
