EXINTBit AJCU NOLA.N.I Cattle: There was but a moderate supply of all descriptions; prices for dairy cows were firmer, and changed hands at from £5 10s 10 £8 12s 6d Store stock were in short supply : there was not much animation in the bidding, but there was no material alteration in the value. There was a nice little lot of small-sized fab beasts, which sold readily at full Tate*. —At Papakura, on Wednesday, the muster not so large us on the previous month, but prices were fully sustained for thriving well bred animals. Sheep : There was a limited number penned, and prices had an upward tendency for fat light-weight shearlings, selling at from 16s to 19s. For lambs the highest price obtained was 12? 2d, and vendors looking for a higher figure, several pens were with drawn.

AUCKLAND SHARE MARKET. Mr J. Tvl. Lennox reports (December 8): —" The share market continues very quiet. Caledonian shares have a slight upward tendency. My sales comprise —Caledonian, £6l ; Thames, £ls 10*; Tookey, £4O. Closing sellers Caledonian, £62 10s; Thames, £'ls 10s; Tookey, £lO. Closing buyers, Caledonian, £6l; Thames, £15."
