In the Resident Magistrate’s Court this morning several cases were called the parties to which did not appear, jbatham v. Harford. —A claim of £o. Judgment confessed for amount claimed, with 6s costs.
The Band of the Napier Volunteer Artillery will give their next open-air performance on Wednesday evening next, in Clive Square—not this evening, as previously announced. The Rev. A. Shepherd will (D.V.) hold Divine Sen ice at the Port Church on Sunday evening next, at 7 o’clock
