The schooner Janet Ramsay, Capfc. Falekner, left Dunedin on the 27th Sept., and had fresh southerly winds till reaching Cape Palliser on the 29th. H. and N.W. winds were then experienced till the Ist inst., when the wind again yeejred to the southward, which carried her to Cape Turnagain, on the 2nd inst. Had strong northerly winds then till the sfch inst. {yesterday), when a souther again springing lip, carried her to port, arriving in the roadstead last night; entered the Iron Pot this morning. She brings a full general cargo. The ketch Mary Ann Hudson is on the berth for Wairoa—to pail about Monday next, 9th instant.
