The decision in the case of Days and Northe v. the Provincial Government will, we believe, be given in the Resident Magistrate's Court on Saturday next. We would remind our readers that the mails for Europe, America, &c, close at 8 p.m to-morrow. Divine service will be conducted in the Port Church at 6.30 p.m. to-morrow, by the Rev. "W. M'Gregor. The Rev. R. Taylor will conduct service in the new United Methodist Free Church to-morrow (Sunday), morning and evening, when collections in aid of the Trust Fund will be made,
