AUCKLAND SHARE MARKET.
The Evening Star, of July 11, quotes the Auckland Sharebrokers' latest closing prices for goldmining shares at the Thames as follows:—-Mr J. M. Lennox's report: The market continues most unsettled. There are few buyers for other stock than Caledonian and Thames. I have sold Caledonian at ,£lO4 to ,£lO2 ; Thames, £2l and S2O ; Nonpareil, ,£4 2s 6d. I have buyers of Otago, $2 10s; Caledonian, $lO2 10s; Thames, S2O. At present there is a slight upward tendency. Mr. J. Newman reports: The share market has been active this morning, and buyers for Caledonian more numerous. At the low rates now prevailing my sales have been —Caledonian, $lO2 10s to £105; Thames, s2l 10s ; Otago, $2 10s; Alburuia* SB. Mr J. T. Garlick reports : The market is a little steadier, and the principal stocks have an upward tendency. I have sold Caledonian, £lO2 to $lO5 ; Thames, s2l 10s to $23 ; Alburni*, $3.
