Napier School Trust. IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT. Between James Anderson, on behalf of himself and other Subscribers to a Fund in the pleadings mentioned, Plaintiff; And Edward Catchpool, Alexander Alexander, and John Curling, Defendants. "OTICE is hereby given that in J pursuance of the Decree made in this cause, the above named Plaintiff has prepared a draft of a scheme to be submitted to this Court, relative to the Regulation and Management of the School to be called the Napier School; and further that such draft scheme can be inspected at the office of the undersigned for a period of six days, to be computed from the fourteenth day of April instant. And notice is further given that any person giving notice within the period of fourteen days thereafter of his intention to oppose the said scheme or any part thereof, will be entitled to receive fourteen days notice of the day hereafter to be appointed by the said Court for settling the said scheme.
