Parliamentary Papers.—We have to acknowledge the receipt of Yol. 2 of the Appendix to the Journals of the House of Representatives. The English Mail via San Francisco was despatched hence per Lord Ashley yesterday. A supplementary mail will be forwarded to-monow by the Star of the South. The s.s. Go-ahead leaves here at 2 o'clock to-morrow morning, for Wellington, Wanganui, and Taranaki Passengers are requested to be on board tin- (Monday) evening. The ss. Star of the South is advertised to steam for the 'J names and Auckland id 2 pin. to-morrow. Three steam launches were brought out to Auckland by ihe ship Caduceus, on the 23rd ult., one of which are consigned to Messrs. Watt Brothers, of Napier. They were stowed on deck, and are said to be perfect specimens of miniature steamers. Rechabitism. —From our -contemporary the Herald we learn that the new Tent at Waipawa, the second in the Province, was opened on Thursday evening last, by Brother Troy, P.C.P , the Delegate of the District, assisted by Brother Levy, P.C.K. of the Hope of Wellington Tent, and other members of the Order.
