Wednesday, March 22. The General Government have received a copy of a contract between Vogel and Webb and Holliday, almost identical with NeiKon's. The contract makes New Zealand practically the headquarters of the Australasian steam communication with America, The steamers, are to call at the four ports indicated in Macandrew's resolution. A subsidiary agieement has been made with Hall for the continuance of his line till the other commences, and arrangements have also been made with the Phoebe for temporary services. The contract and other documents will shortly be published.
