Resident Magistrate's Court. — -—This morning one civil case came before the Resident Magistrate:— Abrahams v. Kelly, a claim of',£4 12s 10d for goods sold, and delivered. The debt-was not disputed, and judgment was given for the full amount claimed, with costs, 9s ; ten days being allowed for payment.
