AUCKLAND.
Tuesday, Feb. 7 f Mr and Mrs Charles Mathews gave a farewell morning performance to-day, which was very .successful. They sailed to-day for Honolulu in the steamer Wonga Wonga.
The Wonga Wonga took fifty-three passengers, including Mr and Mrs C. Matthews. The Colonial Government steamer Luna sails to day for Wellington with thirty-five Armed Constabulary. Mr Commissioner Branigan has been affected with lunacy, and was lodged in the Asylum to-day. •
