It is satisfactory to announce, however, that the delay in obtaining a crew has arisen, pot from the disinclination of the sailors, but from the determination of her Commander, Lieutenant Panter, E.N., to accept thoroughly good men only. Ah the men have been eu» gaged at ordinary London wages rate. Her final departure from England was to have taken place on or about the 12th of October.
