Macma hon —complainant charging the latter with having presented a revolver at his head, and struck him. The case occupied the whole of the morning, and from independent evidence was found not to bear so serious an aspect as it at first assumed. Defendant was fined ss, with £'6 Is costs.—We have not time to-day to give a repprt. . The I&llringers gave another very successful performance last evening. Their farewell entertainment in Napier is announced for to-night, and we also observe that they purpose performing at Waipawa to-morrow e\ ening.
