Resident Magistrate's Court.— No cases this-morning.'

The Supreme Court has been occupied all this morning by a special jury case—.K. Foster v. f. P. Russell. This wa? an action to compel specific performance of contract relative to an ex change of land. The evidence taken having been rather voluminous, and many technical points having also been raised, we defer our report till Monday. —Two issues w°re left with the jury, who found for the plaintiff on both points. Bankruptcy. Court, yesterday, after sittings in banco, in re A. J. C. Gethin, the necessary accounts having been producee, bankrupt's discharge was granted.

Napier School Trust Fund.—ln the Supreme Court-, in banco, yesterday, in the case of the abo\ e fund, mill vites of a decree were settled.
