Wednesday, Oc f . 26. A murderous assault with a tomahawk was made last night upon a woman named Kilner, by her husband. Her depositions were taken at midnight, as her life was despaired of. She is better to-day, though not considered out of danger. Assaults on women have been rather frequent of late.
