INDEPENDENT ORDER OF REOHABITES. A SOIREE will be held in the Council Chamber on the EVENING of THURSDAY next, 13th instant, to celebrate the opening of the Hope of Napier Tern:, 1.0. R. Tea and other Refreshments at 7 p.m. His Honor the Superintendent will take the chair at 8 o'clock. A few gentlemen have kindly con rented to give Readings from Tennyson, Dickens, &c, and several Amateurs having promised their assistance, the proceedings will be enlivened by a choice selection of Music.
