Independent Order of Rechabites. —The regular fortnightly meeting takes place this evening. " The Shipper's Monthly Circular and Prices Current " is the title of a very useful publication issued from the manufactory of Messrs. Letts, Son and Co., New Cross, London, S.E. It contains a description of all the novelties introduced to the public by the leading English and foreign manufacturers, together with a shipper's guide and other generally interesting matter, such as postal and telegraphic news, &c. The circular is very fully illustrated, wjlth well executed engravings of the several novelties described, and it i 3 sent free to any person in any part of the world on receipt by the publishers of the cost of postage. The number before us (July, 1870) consists of 48 pages, large quarto .size, well filled with matter of interest and importance to that class for which it is intended,
